A collection of services and tools which give consumer brands & multi channel retailers control over the creation, management, presentation and distribution of dynamic, customizable products including product design variations, component management, image rendering, FTC compliance, licensing compliance, reporting and more. Also ensures tight integration between consumer expectations and the production process.

Custom Gateway integrates retailers, vendors and manufacturers with Custom Manager and the factory where dynamic products are configured or produced. Custom Gateway allows remote management and visibility to component inventory, zero-latency order status feedback, the ability to cancel and change orders in the production process and more. We also maintain strategic partnerships with Vendor Bridge and other 3rd party EDI providers.

Using lean manufacturing principles, Factory is a process application designed to manage the quick assembly and immediate, direct to consumer fulfillment of personalized or configure-to-order consumer products. Designed to work with our Custom Gateway application (and other 3rd party EDI providers), Factory allows retailers to remotely manage component inventory, receive zero-latency order status feedback, facilitate private labeled drop shipping and more.

A data warehouse and analysis application designed for tracking “prosumer” behavior and other data points across the mass customization value chain to develop meaningful retail intelligence. This information is not only critical for adopting a strategy of continuous improvement, it can also be invaluable for developing mass produced goods destined for more traditional channels of distribution.
