Custom Gateway

Custom Gateway is a Web-based application that connects retailers, vendors and manufacturers with Custom Manager and our Factory lean production application, allowing customer service and merchandising teams to remotely oversee the entire production process for mass customized or personalized products.

Custom Gateway enables:

• EDI Support for dynamic products at the component level
• Remote consigned inventory management including product components
• Remote service level monitoring via real-time aging reports
• Real-time order management for dynamic products including order status feeds that show where each product is in the production process, estimated shipping dates, the ability to cancel and change in-progress orders, update shipping methods, shipping confirmations and more
• Management can assign and manage multiple user log-ins and access layers
• Enables private-labeled drop shipping with user-defined packing slips and real-time shipping confirmations
• Supports integration with Vendor Bridge & other 3rd party EDI providers
